Reviews and Ratings
The hotel definitely has its ups and downs. The rooms, although not exceptional, have a nice patio area and pool access, but they urgently need refurbishment with broken lamps and furniture. On the downside, there was a strong mildew odor and issues with the bathroom drainage. The service was top-notch with staff excelling in all areas. The location is a real gem, perfect for relaxation and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Dining offered a good variety, especially with a choice of indoor or courtyard dining. The facilities were adequate though improvements are needed. Overall, a mixed experience with great service and location but lacking in room maintenance and some amenities.
The hotel has a great location just outside the village of Sannat, next to the sea and on the old grounds of the Palazzo Palina. The rooms had an odor of mildew and a tainted shower tray, but they offered coffee and tea facilities. The service was highlighted by a warm welcome with fresh orange juice and wine and attentive politeness. The dining experience seemed disappointing initially, but overall, the facilities were good for a relaxation getaway.
Staying at this hotel felt more like being in a quaint village than a traditional hotel. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment and improved ventilation. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others seemed a bit miserable. The location was nice, bordering a small town and close to Gozo's beautiful cliffs, perfect for a summer visit. The dining experience was not up to par, with cold dishes and the presence of ants during breakfast.
The hotel is situated in a lovely setting with rooms spread throughout, featuring a good space and nice private terrace. Conveniently located close to dining options, spa, and the adult pool. The wet weather during my stay was a minor drawback, but overall the gardens and decor enhancements were appreciated.
